Power Spraying and Marking Device is applicable to digital-control cutting machine of different series.
Powder spraying marking is the process of using a hot flame to melt the zinc powder inside the material storage cylinder,
spraying it onto a steel plate according to the design pattern, with an adjustable line width of 0.5mm
Then,cutting along the zinc powder lines to prevent the erroneous cutting rate of the plate!
Structural Features：
1、The Power Spraying and Marking Device has 4 gas inlet channels among which 3 are for oxygen, 1 for Fuel gas.
Two outermost channels, one is for preheat oxygen, the other is for Fuel gas; the middle one is for cutting oxygen; by which it is for powder spray.
2、Firstly, screw off knurled nut, put zinc powder into storage tank and screw on the nut.
3、Secondly, ignite powder spray device, adjust cutting oxygen, open the value of powder spray gas channel,
then zinc powder will be automatically sprayed onto the plane
